Ingredients:
100% dried Egyptian mint

Brewing directions:
Use approximately 1–2 teaspoons of dried Egyptian mint per 8 oz of hot water. Steep for 5–10 minutes, strain, and enjoy.

For iced tea, brew slightly stronger and pour over ice.

Suggested uses:
Enjoy hot or iced, blend with other herbal infusions, or add honey or lemon to taste.
